SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

The San Juan Capistrano Regional Library will hold a demonstration class for a new Internet-based legal assistance program. The computerized system will allow legal aid-eligible clients to create proper forms for court or government agency filings for domestic violence protection, eviction defense, child support and bankruptcy petitions. The program is being developed by the Legal Aid Society of Orange County with the assistance of the county’s Superior Court family law facilitator, Women’s Transitional Living Center and other agencies.
