* Christopher C. Bernhardt has been appointed president of Litton Industries’ data systems division, headquartered in Agoura Hills.

Bernhardt moves from Litton’s guidance and control systems division, where he was vice president of business operations and business development.

Before joining Litton, Bernhardt was vice president and general manager of Allied Signal Aerospace’s guidance and control systems division based in Teterboro, N.J., from 1993 to 1995.

* Wiley & Associates in Westlake Village has promoted copywriter Denise Miller and art director Julie Katakura to be the company’s new creative co-directors. Miller and Katakura work on Wiley’s newest accounts, Healthtex Children’s Clothing and Orly Nail Care.

Wiley focuses on bringing women’s perspectives to advertising.

* Mark Ansorge has been named vice president and associate counsel of Warner Music Group, the Burbank company announced.

Ansorge will be responsible for acquisition, transaction and executive employment agreements and new media issues. He will report to executive vice president and general counsel Dave Johnson.

Ansorge joined Warner Music Group in 1992 as general counsel and was named associate counsel in 1996. He came to Warner Music Group from the law firm of Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts, where he was an associate.

* Sandro Cano has been named business analyst in the consulting division of the Buxbaum Group of Encino. Buxbaum has also promoted Nathalie Dallacroce to business analyst in the consulting and liquidation divisions.

Cano comes to Buxbaum from Marvin F. Poer & Company in Irvine.

Dallacroce has been with the company since 1997.

Buxbaum Group provides inventory evaluations, turnaround and crisis management for banks and other financial institutions serving consumer product retail, wholesale and manufacturing clients.
