Rep. Edward R. Royce (R-Fullerton) will discuss Social Security reform legislation and other retirement issues Saturday at Cal State Fullerton. The forum will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Ruby Gerontology Center’s Mackey Auditorium. Issues to be covered include possible increased taxation or reduced benefits, the role of the budget surplus in saving Social Security and the impact of potential privatization reforms.
