Procom Technology Inc.

The Santa Ana maker of computer storage products reported a third-quarter net loss of $3 million, or 26 cents a share, which included $1.4 million in charges resulting from the 1998 acquisition of Invincible Technologies Corp. For the same period last year, the company earned $1.3 million, or 12 cents a share. Revenue for the quarter ended April 30 declined 23% to $22.7 million from $29.6 million.
