* In a separate report, Japan’s Mitsubishi Motors reportedly has begun talks with Italian auto maker Fiat about a deal to supply each other with key parts as well as fully assembled cars. The Japanese car maker also started similar talks with France’s Peugeot, the Nihon Keizai business daily in Tokyo reported.
