Are Men Covering Up? Just a Little

Share

Is a man ready for a concealer?

When we asked Glendale entertainment publicist Steven Clark to wear Menaji concealer for a week, he was dubious. “What do you want me to do, dress in drag and do the hula?” he asked, quoting “The Lion King.”

Still, Clark--who washes his face with a deodorant bar or shampoo--agreed to wear this concealer for a week. “It’s kind of unobtrusive. No one said, ‘Oh you’re wearing makeup,’ ” he said. He used it to cover a shaving nick and said he would use it again for that purpose.

But for the occasional bags under his eyes? “I’m not so vain that I worry about the bags under my eyes,” says Clark. “If I’m tired, I’m tired. I don’t care if people know.”
