LAKE FOREST

The City Council recently made appointments to the Arts and Planning commissions. Previous commissioners Linda Deitrich, Pat Kollenda and Cindy Prewitt will join newcomer Igal Silber to serve two-year terms on the Arts Commission, with Jan Sattler serving as an alternate. Incumbents Cheryl Kinsman and Elizabeth Pearson will serve another two years on the Planning Commission.
