Authorities Ask Help in Finding 4 Sought on Arrest Warrants

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four people who allegedly failed to appear in court or violated probation. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.
Jose Moreno Leyva, 41, also known as Jose Moreno, was convicted of two counts of child molestation and placed on probation. He has allegedly violated his probation.
Leyva last lived on East Simpson Street and last worked for a cannery in Ventura. He is Latino, 5 feet 5, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Mary Jeanine Jenkins, 43, also known as Mary Jeanie Hall, was convicted of burglary and placed on probation. She has allegedly violated her probation.
Jenkins last lived in the 1300 block of Park Avenue in Port Hueneme. She is black, 5 feet 5, 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Delmus Orellana Ocampo, 30, also known as Delmus Orellana, was arrested on suspicion of welfare fraud and released from jail on her promise to appear in court. She allegedly failed to appear.
Ocampo last lived in the 2300 block of Fig Street and last worked at a fast-food restaurant in Simi Valley.
She is Latina, 5 feet, 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Jennifer Rose Reynolds, 18, was arrested on suspicion of possessing illegal drugs. She was released from jail on her promise to appear in court, which she allegedly failed to do.
Reynolds last lived in the 1200 block of West Gonzales Road in Oxnard. She is Latina, 5 feet 2, 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. A feather is tattooed on her right forearm; “Nakota,” the letter J and three dots are on her left hand.
