The Traffic Commission on Thursday will consider limiting regular traffic on two residential streets Casa Oro Drive, in the western corner of Yorba Linda, and Todd Avenue, the southeastern portion of the city. The meeting will be at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 4845 Casa Loma Ave.
