The Huntington Beach Library will hold a Festival of Folktales from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. today. The festival will feature storytellers, musicians, dancers, a puppet show and a production of “Tom Sawyer.” Tickets are $1. Registration for the summer reading program, Long Ago and Far Away, a Dragon’s Tale, also will be available. The library is at 7111 Talbert Ave. Information: (714) 375-5107.
