The Times Orange County publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports over the weekend:

ANAHEIM

* La Palma Avenue and Harbor Boulevard: An ambulance rushing to a four-injury traffic collision about midnight Saturday hit a van. One of the van’s occupants suffered moderate to serious injuries and was taken to a hospital. Neither of the ambulance’s occupants was hurt.

BREA

* State College Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 100 block at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday.

* Country Hills Road: A petty theft was reported in the 2500 block at 7:35 p.m. Tuesday.

* Walnut Avenue: A petty theft was reported in the 400 block at 7:36 p.m. Tuesday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Santa Alberta Circle: Someone slashed the rear tires of a car parked in the 18400 block; reported at 7:10 p.m. Tuesday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Beach Boulevard and East Indianapolis Avenue: Authorities are searching for the driver of a Honda Civic that smashed into a house and garage while being chased by police. The pursuit began just before 10 p.m. Saturday when a motorcycle officer tried to pull the Civic over and the driver sped off. The Civic cut off several cars on Beach Boulevard before eluding the officer in a residential area.

* Alabama Street: Someone stole a $1,100 cable machine from a van in the 500 block; reported at 9:35 a.m. Tuesday.

IRVINE

* Alton Parkway: Someone reported receiving harassing faxes up to 100 pages long in the 16200 block at 1:46 p.m. Thursday.

* Barranca Parkway: Police responded to a report of a counterfeit $100 bill at a business in the 4600 block at 8:29 p.m. Thursday.

* Barranca Parkway at Jeffrey Road: An intersection camera worth $3,750 was reportedly shot with a 9-millimeter gun at 10:48 a.m. Thursday.

* Musick: A Bosch jackhammer and a Nextel cellular phone worth $1,000 were reported stolen in the 20 block at 3:32 p.m. Thursday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Spur Branch Lane: Report of a suspicious person in the 26000 block at 7:41 p.m. Tuesday.

LAKE FOREST

* Malaga Way: Report of a suspicious person in the 22000 block at 1:10 p.m. Wednesday.

LA PALMA

* La Palma Avenue: Police received a call of a suspicious vehicle waiting in the parking lot of a closed bank at 7:37 a.m. Wednesday. Police spoke to the individual, who was sleeping in her car waiting for the bank to open at 9 a.m. She decided to leave and come back later.

* Furman Road: Report of someone shooting off bottle rockets in a schoolyard in the 7700 block at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police were unable to locate the individual.

MISSION VIEJO

* Nubles: Report of vandalism in the 27000 block at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday. The rear window of a parked car was smashed with a rock during the night.

* Carballo: A rock was thrown through the window of a parked car in the 27000 block Tuesday night.

* Marguerite Parkway: A woman in the 25000 block had her purse stolen from her shopping cart at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. Her purse was later recovered without the contents.

PLACENTIA

* Ventura Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 500 block at 5:32 p.m. Thursday. Someone broke into the coin boxes of washing machines. The loss was $40 to $60.

* La Jolla Street: A petty theft was reported in the 500 block at 4:29 p.m. Thursday.

* Orchard Drive: A burglary was reported in the 1500 block at 9:08 a.m. Thursday.

SEAL BEACH

* Dogwood Avenue: A fire apparently caused by spontaneous combustion of flammable materials broke out in a garage in the 4700 block at 5:10 p.m. Tuesday. The Seal Beach Police Department and Orange County Fire Authority responded, containing the blaze with damages estimated at $8,000. No injuries were reported.

STANTON

* Chestnut Avenue: Report of a burglary in the 10000 block at 4:03 p.m. Thursday.

* Pacific Avenue: A robbery was reported in the 8000 block at 1:15 p.m. Thursday.

WESTMINSTER

* Garden Grove Boulevard: Two men, ages 34 and 32, were arrested on drug charges in the 5700 block at 9:12 p.m. Wednesday.

* Garden Grove Boulevard: A 28-year-old Westminster man was arrested for a probation violation after police served a search warrant in the 5700 block at 4:49 p.m. Wednesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports over the weekend: Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, La Habra, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Orange, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Seal Beach, Tustin, Villa Park and Yorba Linda.
