The proposed budget for the 1999-2000 school year is available for review starting today at Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified headquarters, 1301 E. Orangethorpe Ave., Placentia, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A public hearing on the final budget will be held at Tuesday’s school board meeting, 7:30 p.m. at 4999 Casa Loma Ave., Yorba Linda.
