Edward H. Bohlin Inc., a designer of western-themed silver and leather products for Hollywood movies and celebrities, said Monday it will relocate its headquarters from Westlake Village to Orange County before year’s end.

The company, which has 10 employees, is searching for 10,000 square feet of space. Over the next two years, Bohlin plans to add about 100 employees, said David S. Samuels, who has been named chief executive officer and president.

Samuels and another Orange County resident, Joe R. Armstrong, will be making personal investments in the company. Armstrong becomes vice president of finance and chief financial officer.

The two executives were hired to expand product lines and to create worldwide recognition.

Samuels and Armstrong, who have worked together since 1985, most recently managed a private investment company called DJBrands. The pair also built State of the Art Inc., an accounting software company, from a start-up to a public company.

Michael Proctor and William Reynolds, who have been co-presidents of the company, will have separate duties as vice presidents. Proctor has been named vice president of design, product development and merchandising. Reynolds will be vice president of Bohlin Media and will remain active in the design of new products from the Bohlin Shop.
