The City Council is considering a proposal to place overhead utility wires underground along the streets in Lower Arch Beach Heights, officials said. The council will hear a report on the project from the city engineer at its March 16 meeting. More streets are expected to be added to the project, and a public hearing on the issue will be held April 13 and May 4.
