Kids and families will flock to the 8th Street beach Saturday for a sandcastle-building and kite-flying event organized by the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce and Business Assn. Ten teams of kids have already signed up for the 10 a.m. event. Information: (562) 799-0179.
