* Universal Studios Home Video has named Craig Komblau president of all U.S. and Canadian video business. He will continue to serve as executive vice president and general manager of Universal Music & Video Distribution.

Universal Home Video, based in Universal City, produces and distributes television and movie videos from Universal Studios, DreamWorks and others.

Universal Studios is a unit of Seagram Co. , a global entertainment and beverage company.

* Buena Vista Internet Group has appointed Kevin Mayer senior vice president in charge of international businesses. Mayer will also oversee the North Hollywood company’s foray into broadband and developing Internet technologies.

BVIG, a division of Walt Disney Co., collaborated with Infoseek of Sunnyvale, Calif., to develop the Internet portal GO Network, and also manages Web sites such as ABC.com, Disney.com and ESPN.com.

* Digital Insight Corp. of Calabasas has named Kevin McDonnell chief financial officer. McDonnell will manage the company’s accounting and human resources departments and oversee business development.

Digital Insight provides real-time, Internet-based transaction services for more than 260 financial institutions.

* Peter E. Puzo, a 24-year veteran of the commercial real estate business, has been named senior vice president and managing director of Grubb & Ellis Co.’s North Los Angeles office in Sherman Oaks. The office serves the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, Conejo and Antelope valleys.

He also will manage the Santa Barbara office.
