By a 6-0 vote, the City Council recently approved a contract with Sapphos Environmental Corp. for consulting services to prepare an Opportunities and Constraints Analysis for Bartlett Park. The amount of the contract is not to exceed $59,133. The council also authorized a midyear budget expenditure not to exceed $75,000 for preparation of the study. Councilwoman Pam Julien was absent from the meeting.
