A free lecture titled “Better Breathers: Travel and Vacation Tips” will be presented at 1:30 p.m. today at the Hoag Health Center, 19582 Beach Blvd. The center will also present a free lecture on snoring at 7 tonight that will cover the signs, symptoms and possible hazards connected with obstructed breathing and irregular sleep patterns.
