YORBA LINDA
The City Council tonight will decide whether to stop using crossing guards at two locations. A city staff report says crossing guards are not needed at the intersections of Yorba Linda Boulevard and Ohio Street and at Fairmont Boulevard and Village Center Drive because few students cross the street in those areas.
