SUISUN CITY--This waterfront town, established on the Sacramento Delta in the 1850s, hosts the Rhythm and Brews Festival on Saturday, May 29. TEMECULA--A carnival kicks off Frontier Days on Thursday, May 27. The five-day event continues with the Cowboy Poetry and Art Show 6-9 p.m. Friday, and rodeo performances at 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday ($8) and 7 p.m. Saturday ($10). Carnival noon-9 p.m. each day.
