FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The City Council last week approved a design report by Robert Bein, William Frost & Associates for the Newhope Street extension, a $212,894 project designed to relieve traffic congestion on Euclid Street and Talbert Avenue. The design includes a landscaped median, water fountains and monument signs that read “Welcome to Fountain Valley.”
