“We’re redefining the retail experience by making shoe shopping a comfort experience,” says Linda Lewi, Rockport’s senior vice president.

That experience also includes a complimentary reflexology foot massage in the store’s Comfort Center. A resource center also offers customers free travel, health and wellness information. Other feel-good items for sale include an aroma-therapeutic travel kit and customized sole inserts.
