Residents are invited to participate in the city’s eight annual Holiday Home Decorating Contest. Winners will be recognized at a City Council meeting.

There are four categories to enter: best use of lights, animated display, total display and neighborhood theme.

Applications are available at the Community Services and Recreation Department, 8200 Westminster Blvd.
