Go With a Lower Fumigation Estimate

I have found that when you are having a house fumigated for termites, the smartest thing to do is find an estimator that you like and a price that is one of the lowest, if not the lowest.

The reason is that the companies all use the same fumigation companies to do the actual work. Notice that when the fumigation is done at a home, the trucks have no name on them. There are just the same few companies that go around and do all the work for the contractors.

So the best thing is to choose a low price and someone you will feel comfortable with if there is a problem or follow-up to be done. The actual person who does the estimate will never set foot in your house to do the work.
