Nickerson, Author of Classic Text, Dies
William E. Nickerson, who wrote the classic real estate book “How I Turned $1,000 into $5 Million in Real Estate in My Spare Time,” a million-copy bestseller in the 1970s, died on Oct. 19 in Santa Cruz. He was 91.
