* “Marketing Your Small Business,” a workshop by the Gold Coast Small Business Development Center, will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday at 5700 Ralston St., Suite 310, Ventura.

Topics will include market research, target markets, product development, promotion, pricing and distribution.

* The UCLA Extension Leadership Program at Ojai, for executives, managers, human resource specialists and internal consultants, will be held Dec. 5 to 10 at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa.
