Santa will arrive at City Hall for a morning of pancakes and holiday entertainment Dec. 11. Children can get a photo with Santa, make holiday crafts and go home with a bagful of goodies. Each child must be accompanied by a paying adult. $6. The breakfast will be held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. in City Hall, 25201 Paseo de Alicia, Suite 150, Laguna Hills. (949) 707-2600.
