The fire alarm at Dana Point High School is sounding too often for the liking of some local residents. The alarm recently activated in the early morning and stayed on for more than three hours, Sharon Brown, a resident of Cortez Drive told the Dana Point City Council last week. For the past four Saturdays, the alarm system at the high school has sounded at about 7 a.m., Brown said. “Talk about destroying the quality of life,” Brown told officials. The City Council agreed to look into Brown’s complaint.
