LAGUNA NIGUEL
The city will light a menorah to celebrate the third day of Hanukkah Sunday at Crown Valley Community Park. Rabbi Eli Goorevitch from Chabad of Laguna Jewish Center will lead the ceremony, which begins at 6 p.m. Sunday at Crown Valley Community Park, 29751 Crown Valley Parkway. Bagels and refreshments will be served.
