La Reina Teacher Wins Crystal Apple
* La Reina High School teacher Leslie Larsen was honored with a Crystal Apple Award from KNBC television. Larsen has been a teacher for 14 years. The award was given to her for “excellence in teaching and dedication to the teaching profession and to her students.” Larsen was nominated for the award by one of her students.
