LAKE FOREST
The City Council will consider updating and amending sections of the Municipal Code on Tuesday.
The city must adopt Orange County zoning regulations for the annexed areas of Foothill Ranch and Portola Hills, Mayor Peter Herzog said.
The council also could amend the city’s adult business ordinance to include more provisions about illegal massage parlors.
The City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Lake Forest City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive.
