The city will host a Halloween dance for young adults with disabilities from 7 to 9 p.m. Oct. 23. The dance will be held in Crown Valley Community Park’s View Room, 29751 Crown Valley Parkway, Laguna Niguel. $3 per person. Information: (949) 707-2686.
