* Carl and Barbara Frova, owners of The Maids franchise in Simi Valley, were named to the company’s International Winners Circle for outstanding operational efficiency in sales and labor. The Frovas’ company serves the Simi and Conejo valleys, Moorpark, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills and Calabasas.

The company was selected for the honor from among 150 franchise owners.
