The third annual bicycle rodeo sponsored by the Garden Grove Police Department will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. The rodeo will feature a bicycle safety course and instructions on proper helmet fitting and bicycle safety. Information: (714) 741-5731.
