LA HABRA
Local police officers, firefighters and city officials will read to children today during a three-hour read-a-thon at El Centro Park. Volunteers are still needed to help participate in the event sponsored by the La Habra Child Development Center. The park is at 320 E. Erna Ave. The program starts at 10:30 a.m.
