UC Irvine men’s and women’s basketball teams will hold a Midnight Magic practice, open to the public, Friday at midnight in the Bren Center.
A pre-party begins at 10 p.m., with the first 600 Irvine students receiving free food. The arena doors open at 11:15 p.m., with T-shirts given to the first 500 students.
The evening includes a fireworks show prior to the practice.
