TUSTIN
The City Council approved a $629,500 contract Monday with All American Asphalt to resurface Red Hill Avenue between Walnut Avenue and Edinger Avenue. Other improvements include pavement repairs, reconstruction of raised concrete center medians and minor storm drain construction.
