L.A. Airport
Recently, I had the pleasure to pick up a friend at LAX Tom Bradley Terminal, who was arriving from Sydney, Australia. I could not believe the disaster. There was no parking anywhere. I drove around for 45 minutes until I got lucky and found a parking space in Terminal 1, then I walked to the international terminal.
At the international terminal, another disaster; people, people and more people waiting for friends and relatives. After the passengers from five or six international carriers have cleared immigration and customs, they all come through the one and only exit.
I wonder if our city officials use LAX. If so, they must have a private entrance. I feel sorry for the people who work there.
And a final note: We don’t need a face lift, like new bushes and palm trees. We need more parking and a better organized LAX.
