Sheriff’s Department Seeks Public’s Help in Locating 4 People

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in locating four people being sought for allegedly violating probation or failing to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Isreal Aguilar, 21, was arrested in September 1998 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. At the time, he was on probation for a conviction of assault with a deadly weapon.

Aguilar was released from jail on bail and allegedly failed to appear in court. He last worked for a rebar company in Ventura and last lived in the 200 block of West Mission Street in Ventura.

He is Latino, 5 feet 6, 165 pounds and has black hair and hazel eyes.

Delia Patricia Silva, 43, who also uses the last name Contreras, was arrested last month on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and giving false information to an officer. She left jail on bail, but allegedly failed to appear in court.

Silva last worked at a Mexican restaurant in Oxnard and last lived in the 5100 block of Perkins Road in Oxnard. She is Latina, 4 feet 8, 165 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

James Dean Webb, 35, was convicted in January 1995 for vehicle theft and again in May 1995 for possessing a controlled substance. He was again convicted in December 1996 on a forgery charge.

He allegedly violated the terms of his probation in those cases. He last lived in Oxnard. He is white, 5 feet 10, 150 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Darla Corrine Glass, 34, was convicted in September 1998 of possessing stolen property. She allegedly violated the terms of her probation.

Glass last worked at an auto body and paint shop in Oxnard and last lived in the 4600 block of South G Street in Oxnard. She is Latina, 5 feet 1, 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
