* Angelika H. Caicedo has been named a partner in the professional services firm Arthur Andersen. The Valencia resident will continue to work out of the firm’s Woodland Hills office and will be increasingly responsible for the company’s high tech and enterprise groups. Caicedo has several years experience as a senior auditor and advisor to companies in information technology, biotechnology and telecommunications, the company said.

Arthur Andersen provides business advisory services, financial consulting and tax and audit services to companies worldwide.

* Lora Kennedy has joined Warner Bros. Pictures, Burbank, as senior vice president of casting, the company said. Kennedy has spent 15 years as a Los Angeles-based independent casting agent. She began her career as an assistant to Wallis Nicita and Deborah Lucchesi.

* Brett Chapman has been named senior vice president and general counsel for Walt Disney International, and senior vice president and assistant general counsel for Walt Disney Co., Burbank. Chapman was senior vice president of worldwide business and legal affairs for Disney’s Buena Vista Home Entertainment, where he also was responsible for human resources and administration.

Peter Morris has been promoted to executive vice president of licensing for Disney Consumer Products in Europe. Morris will maintain his duties as executive vice president of the Disney Store-Worldwide while assuming leadership of all of Disney’s European merchandise licensing.

* Stephanie L. Hoffman has been appointed vice president and general manager of fuel cell operations for DCH Technology, Valencia, the company said. Hoffman had been with Eaton Corp. where she was director of strategic technology planning.

DCH Technology develops and manufactures hydrogen sensors and fuel cells for the chemical and oil industries.

* Heinrich Hoelter has been elected president and director of Hoelter Technologies Holding AG, Calabasas, the board of directors announced. He replaces Gerhard Hoelter, who is retiring. Heinrich Hoelter holds nearly 3,000 patents and industrial designs, the company said.

The Hoelter Group consists of 26 holdings including Philaqua Treatment Technology GmbH in which Heinrich Hoelter had had an 80% interest. He will receive 10 million shares of Hoelter Technologies as compensation for his interest.

* Robert T. Elrod has been appointed president of Lockheed Martin Skunk Works, Palmdale, the company said. He replaces Jack S. Gordon, who is retiring. Currently Elrod is executive vice president at Lockheed Martin tactical Aircraft Systems, Fort Worth, Texas.

Lockheed Martin Skunk Works is an operating company of Lockheed Martin Corp., Bethesda, Md.

* George Nicholas has been promoted to treasurer and chief financial officer at the California Endowment, Woodland Hills. Nicholas had been chief financial officer at Pace Enterprises.

The California Endowment is a private health foundation with offices in Los Angeles, Sacramento and San Francisco. The foundation makes grants to organizations and institutions to improve the health of the people of California.

The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, North Hollywood, announced three promotions and the creation of a new position of director of community relations. Linda Lee, director of membership services, was named to the new position. Barbara Chase succeeds her as director of membership services. Bob Chase becomes director of facilities and theater operations, and Vicki Campobasso has been named manager of the Leonard H. Goldenson Theater.

ATAS provides services to the television industry and produces the Emmy Awards.

* Jeff Vrachan has been appointed vice president and general manager for Provision Entertainment Inc., Chatsworth, the company said. Vrachan has held senior management positions with AlliedSignal and Mitsubishi.

Provision Entertainment Inc. provides design, manufacturing, distribution and customer services to multimedia entertainment companies.

* Cheryl Richitt has been appointed vice president of marketing for Natrol Inc., Chatsworth, the company said, citing her 10 years in the industry as a prime factor in the company’s growth.

Natrol manufactures and markets branded dietary supplements.
