The Cypress Recreation and Park Department will hold its 20th annual Halloween carnival Saturday at the Cypress Community Center. The $1 admission includes a puppet show, contest, games and a moon bounce. Admission to the haunted house, which will be toned down when children younger than 7 go through, is 50 cents. The event is from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at 5700 Orange Ave. Information: (714) 229-6780.
