The Police Department will be offering Halloween and bicycle safety tips Friday at the Brea Union Plaza Wal-Mart on Imperial Highway.
The police are providing the tips as part of their participation in Wal-Mart’s Child Safety Month. Kids can also join in on a costume contest to be held from 10 to 11 a.m. There will also be an opportunity to have photos taken with police officers. Police will be available to give safety tips from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
