Joey Harrington threw a 29-yard touchdown pass to Marshon Tucker with nine seconds remaining Saturday to give Oregon a wild 20-17 comeback victory over Arizona State.

Reuben Droughns rushed for 188 yards in 37 carries for the Ducks, 5-3 overall and 3-2 in Pacific 10, who stayed in the race for the Rose Bowl with a little help from Washington’s victory over Stanford.

Delvon Flowers ran for 161 yards and a touchdown to lead the Sun Devils (4-4, 3-2).

Flowers’ one-yard dive with 1:04 to play put Arizona State ahead, 17-13, but the Ducks marched down the field easily for the winning score.

Harrington, who replaced ineffective starter A.J. Feeley to start the second half, connected with Tony Hartley on two straight passes for 31 yards for a first down at the Sun Devils’ 29. After an incompletion, Harrington connected with Tucker near the right front corner of the end zone and Tucker tumbled in for the touchdown.
