FOCUS: ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY NEWS : MISSION VIEJO
The Orange County Chapter of the American Red Cross held a training session Tuesday at City Hall to prepare city employees and volunteers to provide and operate emergency shelters.
The class focused on preparations cities must have in place to get a shelter operating quickly.
