Leisure World’s Walking Group will meet at the Clubhouse One Patio on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for a casual stroll and conversation.
Up to 25 intermediate walkers living in the gated community are welcome to join group leader K.C. Sheahen in the walk, which goes up hills, along paths and across flatlands. Sheahen said she will lead stretching exercises before and after the walk and give tips on how to walk correctly.
The walking group meets at 8 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Clubhouse One Patio, next to the Fitness Center. Information: (949) 597-4284.
