The Serrano Water District will hold its monthly meeting at 7:30 tonight. During a closed session, board members will discuss litigation with the Orange Unified School District over the sale of Barham Ranch.
The water district is suing the school district to force it to sell the 526-acre Barham Ranch site, which they co-own, to a developer. The water district is being sued by several nonprofit preservation groups that do not want the land sold. The meeting will take place at the Serrano Water District office, 18021 E.
