Agoura 35, Camarillo 35--The Chargers (1-0-1) produced three trick plays in the second half that resulted in touchdowns at Camarillo.

If it wasn’t for an 18-yard touchdown pass by Camarillo’s Mike Jasper to Omar Contreras with two minutes to play, Agoura would have literally surprised Camarillo with a victory.

“The trick plays were the only way we could have beaten them,” said Agoura Coach Charlie Wegher.

Loren Cerney rushed for 117 yards in 23 carries and one touchdown for Camarillo (0-1-1).

Justin Richter finished with 84 yards in nine carries for Agoura.

Jasper replaced starting quarterback John Gonzalez in the second half and completed 10 of 15 passes for 107 and one touchdown.
