Chapman Avenue will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday from Berkeley Avenue to Lemon Street because of Fullerton College’s 85th anniversary festivities.
Alternate east-west routes include Commonwealth and Orangethorpe avenues, Brea Boulevard and Bastanchury Road. Information: (714) 738-6858.
