Leisure World’s recreation division invites the community’s dance enthusiasts to join the Wednesday folk dancing classes.
An instructor will teach Scottish dances for the first half-hour of class and then intermediate dances from other European countries for the rest of each session.
Residents of the gated community may buy a 10-class dance card for $25 or pay $3 at the door.
Beginners’ classes are from 5 to 6 p.m, and intermediate classes are from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays in Clubhouse 6. Information: (949) 597-4270.
