* Ad prices on top-rated TV shows have dropped from the 1998-99 television season, according to a survey by Advertising Age. While “ER” remains the most expensive show, the cost of a 30-second ad has dropped 4% to $545,000, the trade publication said. Ad rates for “Frasier” slid 2% to $466,000, while “The X-Files” saw a 9% drop to $300,000.
